Ji'e'toh

In the Game of Houses
I fall short
of obtaining the throne
You say you do not play
but play by your words
you place yourself
in line
unknowingly
and win without trying
your actions
unexpected
confuse and concern
the player and he
picks
you

You tell me you have toh
towards me
and kneel at my feet
and I stare
confused and concerned
at you
I love you
more than I care for the player
but the challenge
for the throne
you said it was mine
did you lie or did he?
I don't understand
ji'e'toh
like you
for my honour means less to me
than you do
who wins?
the player...
