The Lord loves it when we exalt Him through praise and worship. And there is no better way to worship than to make music, with our voices and our intstruments. As the times change, people re-invent and discover new things. Praise and worship has evolved and a new era of Christian music has been making waves for the past decades. It started when Rock and Roll was used for the gospel message, particularly in the Jesus Movement in the seventies. It has given birth to what we call now Contemporary Christian Music (CCM).

The next pages will give you access to a world of CCM artists, from rock to jazz, pop to indie, praise and worship has never been so diverse. These artists, some you know and some you don't. Probably you hear them a lot but you do not know that what they play is something different from the norm. They love what they do and their desire is to please God through their creativity in music. These people use what they have to glorify Jesus. Filipino artists are also included in the list lead by Barbie's Cradle, Battery, and Gary Valenciano. And yes, you could call them Jesus Freaks.
