1. To have international evangelistic/ ministerial Alliances, who
share with this common vision on global evangelism, with
tested men of God:

(a) Help members to fulfill God's purpose concerning their calling.
(b) Provide spiritual covering and other spiritual benefits.
(c) Have fellowship to refill

2. To conduct evangelistic crusade in the major
cities of each country around the world.

3. To support churches or ministries who are financially
handicapped, especially those in rural areas.

4. To have media ministry: To communicate hope, faith & love
messages to several millions of people outside the walls of the
church through the radio, televisions, satellite publications.

5. To train mobilize missionaries for world mission.

6. To support mission works through out Africa and beyond.

7. To build school at various levels: Nursery, Kindergarten, Elementary,
Junior high, Senior High Schools even to University level.

8. To have leadership development program.

9. To have welfare scheme: that will meet the needs of the
less privilege; To feed the hungry, cloth the naked, provide
shelter for homeless assist the jobless
to start their own small business.

10. To build an Orphanage home for those who lost their parents.

11. To have single of purpose fellowship; our goal is to
positively affect, impart, educate and develop the minds of
our youth, through biblical and secular information, that will
make them to stand their ground in the Lord in the society.


2. MISSION
To rescue children associated with disasters from the potential
hazards of featurelessness as a result of growing in the vacuum
of parental or adult care.

3. GOAL:
Help in the identification, reunification with family members and
upbringing of Orphans and other unaccompanied children in Liberia.

4. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
� Construct a center that can accommodate expanded JEMI
      activities (an office and a house for the target beneficiaries
� Carry out a survey to identify orphans and unaccompanied
      children in Liberia.
� Mobilize and kick start initial relief assistance for target
      beneficiaries (TB).
� Organize and effect relocation of (TB) to the center
� Assess their training / educational needs in order to identify and
      classify them into relevant needs areas.
� Mobilize funding for their education /training
� Search around the world for parents and family members of children
      who can identify their own and reestablish contacts between them.

5. TARGET BENEFICIARIES (Tb)
The Center for Children Associated with Disaster (CECAD) targets orphans
and unaccompanied children of Liberian citizenship 1-15

6. CECAD AND JEMI SERVICE AREAS / SCOPE
� Administration
� Feeding of Tb
� Clothing of Tb
� Sheltering of Tb
� Medicare of Tb
� Education of Tb
� Counseling of Tb
� Reestablishing family contacts between Tb and relatives.
� Recreation.

7.  VISION 2006
By the end of the year 2006
� A center, complete with a JEMI operational office would have
      been established in Liberia.
� A mingled array of 100 Liberian Orphans and unaccompanied children
      aged 1 - 15 in Liberia would have been identified by CECAD.
� A mingled array of 75 Liberian Orphans and unaccompanied children
      aged 1 - 15 in Liberia would have been housed by CECAD  striving for
      their survival and rights.

8. Program implementation: Phases, Strategies, Specific Objectives
           and time table

Phase Strategy Specific Object Participants and timetable
One Registration of an initial relief to Tb House to house visits
Mobilization of relief assistance. Collecting & follow-up on information
on specific children. Visit to schools to see specific children. Interview
seemingly stray children in the street of  Monrovia JEMI Staff. For a
period of one month.

Two Construction CECAD and JEMI:
* Land acquisition (lease or purchase).
* Drawing of Plan to include costing .
* Engaging a building  Contractor JEMI Staff. For a period of one month.

Three a. Relocation of Tb to CECAD and JEMI and commencement of core
              activities:

* Duly inform the Liberian Government*Duly inform Present guardians
of Tbs.
* Duly inform present schools of Tbs.
* Duly inform UNHCR * Commence relocation exercise with older Tbs.
JEMI Staff. For a period of two weeks

Three b. Reestablishment of family contacts 
* interview individuals to identify those who can remember the
  identities of their kinsmen
* Contact ICRC family contact unit for assistance 
* Council them for patience while waiting for response.
JEMI Staff. For a period of two months.


8b. Program Implementation Requirements
The complete implementation of CECAD shall require:
� Personnel
� A House (Complete with essential household items)
� An office (complete with supplies, materials, furniture and
      fitments for JEMI staff.
� Electricity / Lamps
� Water
� Clothing
� Feeding
� Education facilities (tuition books uniform, Pens, etc.)
