| What is this show about? Well here is an extra short and simple summary Serena (Usagi) is a teenage girl who is the Sailor Moon the Moon princess. She leads a group of female teenage soldiers that protect the universe from evil people and other enemies. Each girl is the guardian of their own planet. Sailor Moon was sent from the future by her mother Queen Serenity. Her court is Sailor Mercury (Ami/Amy), Sailor Mars (Rei/Raye), Sailor Jupiter (Makoto/Lita) and Sailor Venus (Minako/Mina). They are fight evil and spread love. Darien is Sailor Moon's future husband and eternal love. Two cats are also sent with Sailor Moon to watch out for her LUNA, and ARTEMIS. The orginial Japanese name for the Sailor Moon series is BISHOUJO SENSHI SAILORMOON or pretty soldier sailor moon. It was orginally a comic or magna made by Naoko Takeuchi and then was made a Japanese cartoon/ anime. Eventually this was made into a few diffrent languages including english and was then viewed in North America. For more information go here. |
