In a world that has lierally been turned up side down. unfortnetly the show ended with only 2 seasons, it didnt make it and they at least give tham a good last episode just like they did with Xena |

| Victoria's recipe for her Seasoned Sushi Rice which is a key ingredient in smoked salmon sushi; INGREDIENTS ARE.... 1 2/3 cups Sushi Rice 400 ml 2 cups water 500 ml 1/3 cup Seasoned rice vinegar 75 ml 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar 50 ml 1 tsp Salt 5 ml Wash rice thoroughly with cold water and drain. In saucepan, bring 2 cups (500 ml) water and rice to a boil; reduce the low cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender. In small saucepan or using the microwave, heat vinegar, sugar and salt; stir until sugar is dissolved pour vinegar dressing into cooked rice; toss with a fork until well mixed. Cool completely before using to prepare sushi rolls. Makes about 4 cups /1L. |
