Jessica Andrews DirectVersion #11 July 17, 2005 I really like this layout a lot because it's just so simple. Over 95% of it is HTML, and there really isn't anything too fancy about it. I think the simplicity of the site makes it easier to follow and update. The color choices is a big change from previous layouts I've done. I used to generally stay with the lighter blues and gray tone colors. I went with color all over the page to create a visual impact this time. The black background makes it dark, but the greens and tan settle the page down. The top banner with Jessica and the forest background ties in the green colors again and says a lot about Jessica's music if you look deep into it...it's just fresh country music with beautiful lyrics that just puts a smile on your face. Anyone can interpret it differently. Overall, it's just great music where you find yourself getting lost into a song for a few mintutes. I didn't think I'd have time to make another layout, but I just started one out of no where and had to complete it. So far, this has been the quickest layout change I've ever done...it's only taken a few days to update everything. I added and took away a few things on the site based on their use. But I hope this new layout has easier navigation where everyone will want to check out the links. It's things like "the fans" page that makes this site fun and different from others. There's a lot of interaction from fans with many concert reviews and things to share. It's great to see so many contribute to it. It's what keeps this site going...the fans! So thanks for checking it out! I really appreciate it! So, I hope you all like the new layout. Who knows how long it will be up until I get another idea!
