| Fighters Rejoin |
| Four years have passed since the last Tournament of Heroes was help, and ever since then, fighters from all around the globe started to sharpen their skills for this competition. What they dont know is fighters much stronger than they can ever be exist, and they dont stand a chance. Which brings us tonow. -------------------------------------------------- A private jet zooms noisily in the sky above the tournament parking lot. This plane is owned by Axem Cobalt, which was rebuilt from her crash 4 years ago. Currently, she has important matters on her mind. COBALT: (Thinking) Why can I never find a parking space!? She crash lands in the smallest parking space she can find, crushing six cars in the process. COBALT: Not again She steps out of the wreckage and fires a beam of light (called the Brain Drain) anyone who saw her. All spectators have become senseless. SPECTAOR: (To Cobalt) I dont see a plane crash. Do you? COBALT: Nope. She walks through the tournament security gates, setting off the metal detectors. SECURITY GUARD: (thinking) Her again! Great. I have to let her through because shes made of metal. I thought Ive seen the worst when metal hips were invented! Cobalt finds 11 other fighters near the stadium entrance and meets up with them. These 11 are Axems Midnight Blue, Magnum, Illusion, Strife, Moonlight, Elite, Snow, and Acid, with JKI, JK Acid, and Bob-omb Tetra. ELITE: Cobalt! Youre late! MAGNUM: And dont pull that lame traffic excuse. COBALT: Fineturbulence! STRIFE: Seriously, Cobalt. Give it up. MOONLIGHT: Wellwhile you people are yelling at each other, Ill go sign in. -------------------------------------------------- JK ACID: No. We should all go together! MIDNIGHT BLUE: Yesmobs of warriors always scare theses pathetic humans! Strife holds out 30-feet of metal chains. A ACID: Youre expected to behave, Midnight Blue, or else you get tied up. MIDNIGHT BLUE:Ill be good MAGNUM: Hah! Youve gotten sissier, Midnight Blue! MIDNIGHT BLUE: GrrShut up! MAGNUM: Why dont you shut up!? MIDNIGHT BLUE: I asked first! MAGNUM: Well I asked second! Midnight Blue dives at Magnum. Midnight Blue tips over Magnum, since hes built like a tank. Magnum rights himself and runs down Midnight Blue. EVERYONE ELSE: STOP IT! BOTH OF YOU! Five minutes later Our warriors walk towards the sign-in booth, dragging behind Midnight Blue AND Magnum in chains. MIDNIGHT BLUE and MAGNUM: Ill be good JKI: Hah! Youre like our pair of doggies! SNOW: Stop it, JKI. You might encourage them to escape. They get in line for the sign-ups, filled with many buff looking men and women. Upon their arrival, the line for the adult division disappears, for everyone doesnt want to be beaten up by our warriors. MIDNIGHT BLUE and MAGNUM: Cowards They make it to the sign-up booth, operated by the same attendant as last time, Larry. ELITE: Hi, Larry! Larry looks at the large group of fighters. LARRY: All twelve of you? COBALT: Yup. All twelve. Larry signs them all in. VOICE: Well its about time! We find that voice belongs to the tournament referee, Jamey. JAMEY: Youre almost late! I was wondering if you were going to show up or not. JK ACID: Then blame Cobalt! She never gets here on time! JAMEY: But dont you use that private jet that crashed in the parking lot? COBALT: Its not my plane! STRIFE: Yes it is! COBALT: It is not, and Im not going to cough up any cash to restore it! Jamey ignores this. JAMEY: The adult division starts at 9:00 PM. Dont be late. In the mean time, you can watch the junior division. MIDNIGHT BLUE: NOOO!!! Not those runts again! JAMEY: Yep. Them again. Even Jamey isnt thrilled about watching the chickens fights they call the junior division. JAMEY: I gotta go referee those stupid kids. See ya later, guys. COBALT and MOONLIGHT: PEOPLE! JAMEY: Rightpeople. Jamey walks to the stadium. ILLUSION: Shall we watch? MIDNIGHT BLUE and MAGNUM: NO! EVERYONE ELSE: Sure, why not? ILLUSION: Well then its settled. Axem Fast instantly appears next to them. EVERYONE: WHOA! FAST: Axem Fast has your tickets. -------------------------------------------------- Five minutes later Our fighters take ringside seats in the crowded stadium. Jamey walks out from the red, brick Contestants Building and flicks on a cordless microphone. JAMEY: May I have your attention please! Our junior division for the Tournament of Heroes is about to begin! So if you have to go to the bathroom, please hold it in. STRIFE: (Shaking) Dang. JAMEY: But before we starts, lets have a few motivating words from the tournament organizer, President Axem Fast! Fast suddenly appears next to Jamey, snatching the microphone. FAST: Axem Fast says, Cool. Axem Fast wants you to fight hard for our prizes. Fast runs back to his VIP seat. AUDIENCE: Yeahright. JAMEY:Anyway, lets bring out our first fighters, Little T. and Nerd E.! MIDNIGHT BLUE: The nightmare begins. -------------------------------------------------- Two hours later MIDNIGHT BLUE: Heheheunlike you chumps, I had enough sense to shield my eyes! TETRA: We knew that was pointless, but it wasnt that big of an eyesore. JKI: We have 90 minutes to ourselves. We should use this time to eat and rest up. Then we go report back to Jamey. COBALT: YAY! NOTE: Yes, Cobalt. I made you addicted to food a little in my story. -------------------------------------------------- 85 minutes later Our 12 fighters walk back to the colloseum from Megaclubbas All-You-Can-Eat Buffet. ILLUSION: Good going, Cobalt. I walked by the kitchen before we left and heard the chef crying. ELITE: He may be on the path to insanity! A ACID: Not important. For now, we get back to Jamey. They meet up with Jamey infront of the Contestants Building. JAMEY: Oh good. Youre all here. Please step inside. They enter into the only room, with a table, a whiteboard, and a box on top of the table. The ceiling which Midnight Blue blew up has been replaced. JAMEY: For those of you who are new, will each draw a number from the box. The number will determine where you are placed in the Tournament Ladder. After that, Ill go over the ground rules. JK Acid steps up and draws the number 3. JKI goes next. He draws a 9. They continue to go one after the other. Snow is 7, Moonlight is 12, Strife is 6, Illusion is 1, Tetra is 5, Acid is 4, Magnum is 8, Elite is 2, Midnight Blue is 10, and Cobalt is 11. JAMEY: And with that we have a full board of fighters! Lets review. In the first fight is Axem Illusion vs. Axem Elite! Illusion and Elite nod toward each other. JAMEY: In the second fight is JK Acid and Axem Acid! Try try to shake hands, but only succeed in splashing acid on each other. MOONLIGHT: Ew JAMEY: Third is Bob-omb Tetra and Axem Strife! Strife holds out his arm to shake hands, but Bob-ombs dont have hands. JAMEY: Fourth in Axem Snow vs. Axem Magnum! COBALT: I wouldnt recommend shaking hands. Snow has icy cold hands. SNOW: So true. JAMEY: Right. The next set of four fighters only have to win two battles to advance to the finals. The fifth fight is JKI vs. Axem Midnight Blue! JKI stands still and Midnight Blue just grunts. JAMEY: Last but not least, Axem Cobalt vs. Axem Moonlight! COBALT: May the better woman win. MOONLIGHT: OK JAMEY: Now for the rules. These fights will be on a levitating stadium, 6 feet above the ground. If you happen to lose all your HP, fall out of the ring, or say, I give up, during a fight, youll be declared the loser. MAGNUM: Thats it? JAMEY: Not quite. We do not want to see any outside tools you werent with on your day of birth, any poking in the eyes, and absolutely NO hitting below the belt. JKI: Whys that a rule AGAIN? JAMEY: Erit just is! Jamey puts on a nervous smile, which quickly changes to a frown. JAMEY: I wish I didnt have to say this, but Im forced to by orders of president Fast. Though it has only happened once, killing your opponent is strictly forbidden. Not only will your opponent will be knocked out, but you will also be disqualified from the tournament, and not to mention to be facing some jail time. Do I make myself clear? EVERYONE: Yes, Jamey JAMEY: Good! Axems Illusion and Elite, come with me. Everyone else, watch from the windows to your right. The windows are large enough to fit two Bowsers at the same time through, and now have glass to prevent attacks from flying in. Midnight Blue taps on the window, and then harder. MIDNIGHT BLUE: Tempered glass. Nice Jamey, Illusion, and Elite walk to an exit with metal doors. JAMEY: Walk to the arena, and take opposite sides. Illusion and Elite kick the doors open to find an extremely anxious crowd. Illusion and Elite walk to the arena. Jamey runs ahead and pulls out at cordless microphone. JAMEY: Its time to start the Tournament of Heroes! END OF EPISODE ONE |
