-This particular treatment is in the United  States, but one similar to it is offered here in Toronto for Aiden when he is finished his protocol that he is on now. Aiden would have to meet all the qualifications first before having this or any other treatments.

Child is randomized to have a purged or unpurged stem cell transplant.

Induction Chemotherapy

Stem Cell Collection

Second Stem Cell Collection (if necessary)

Cycle 1 - June 25 '04- Drugs  vincristine, doxorubicin,cyclophosphamide
Cycle 2 - July 13 '04- Drugs  vincristine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide
Stem Cell Collection - Aug 3 '04 - enough cells collected no need for second collection
Cycle 3 - August 11th '04 - Drugs etoposide, cisplatin
Cycle 4 - Sept 10 '04 - vincristine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide
Cycle 5- Sept 29 '04 - etoposide, cisplatin
Surgery on October 21 '04
Cycle 6- Nov 5 '04 - doxorubicin, vincristine, cyclophosphamide
Consolidation chemo - High potency drugs - vp16, mephalan, carboplatin
Stem Cell transplant - Dec 14 '04
Radiation - Starts January 17th '05
