This website is dedicated to all the victims of Jesada Phaopheng also known as Jakree (Jackree) Kalphan (Kalaphan), Suchai Nadi, Ex or Eart and now as Mona Lisa. He has done it all: Cheating, lying, stealing, prostitution, pimping, drugs and more.

He chooses his victims mostly poor Thais or gay/transvestite Caucasian lovers and bullshits them with promises and lies in a very manipulative manner with charm then robs and uses them blindly. At the end causing harm and hardship to them before he disappears.

His committed crimes / offenses

1. Juvenile prison in Saraburi for theft/ Jugendhaft wegen Diebstahls in der Jugenhaftanstalt in Saraburi
   Datum: unbekannt, als er so 14 Jahre alt war, Date: Unkown about 14 years old
2. Theft of money and valuables from customers while working for guesthouses in Khao Sarn Road in Bangkok, was arrested and interogated, age 15 / Diebstahl von Geld und Wertgegenstaenden von Gaesten als er in der Rezeption in Guesthouses in Bangkok arbeitet. Wurde verhaftet und Verhoert, Alter ca. 15 Jahre
3. Ko Tao Island, Thailand, Credit card fraud. He was working as a scuba instructor for Japanese Tourist on that island and secretly used their credit cards and traveler checks to get cash from the local exchange booth. He bribed the cashier there and left the island right on time to avoid arrest.
4. Kept on doing this in Phuket, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Nepal to quite a number of tourists by approaching them with his ‘charm’ and innocent appearance and rather fair grasp of the English and Japanese language.
5. 1999 he did his mischief in New Zealand and perhaps Australia. He asked a Japanese tourist in a hotel with whom he stayed for quite some time for his ‘lucky number’ which was that person’s PIN and withdrew the maximum amount each day for ever 10 days. The Auckland police has issued an arrest warrant for him under Jakree Kalpan name and the Japanese tourist has complained to the Thai embassy and sent a letter to his father in Thailand. Eventually I found this letter with the arrest warrant from 1999 or 2000 in a drawer at home in his room.
6. 2000 he traveled around the world to places such as Korea and South Africa where he has stolen cars and went for a joy ride with them. He smuggled his younger brother to South Korea to work there illegally in a sweat shop.
7. 2001 he went back to Thailand to take lie to poor people with promise of a better life abroad for a hefty fee of 1200 advance and 2400 after to get them to work in Korea or New Zealand and left with that money for Germany without doing anything for them.
8. 2002 March / April he escaped Europe without being caught overstaying his visa in Germany by selling his passport. He got some temporary identification from the Thai embassy in Berlin. While his visa was still valid so he says and his passport already ‘stolen’ he was fingerprinted and photographed by German border police in Bad Bentheim on the Dutch border but released the next day.
9. Back in Thailand in April he lied to some old Asian lovers in Switzerland about how sick his parents are and got lot’s of money send from them and he throw a huge party at the Cocobanana Gay Pub in Pattaya to show off how rich he is on his 21^st birthday. After he stole too many times from tourists in that beach resort he left for Phuket and continued his stealing spree. That was end of May 2002 where I have met him.
10. He met a group of Thais that badly want to go work overseas. They flew with him to Khon Kaen, to their home district of Nang Rua where they start to pay him huge amounts that finally became over half a million Thai Baht. After he failed to get entry visas for them to New Zealand on July 2002 he feld again to Pattaya and cut his hair short and disguised himself. A week later when he returned to our house in Bangkok he was kidnapped by those creditors and thrown in jail where he lied to me that they are bad and extort money out of him. Finally I bailed him out of jail not only once but 3 times in a row, so many cases he got and found him a lawyer. Then I cleared the charges with the lawyer and some money for him and gave him a job as a webmaster and graphic designer. I schooled him for 2 months intensively.
11. Then in early 2003 he became tired of working and a normal life and started to talk me into moving to Germany and marry with him there. He stole even from me and cheated me all the time and I was too blind to see it. I paid him more than twice as much salary than the market price but that was far too little for the spoilt brat Jakree. He also changed his first and last name to evade his enemies and got a new passport. His Schengen Visa was refused and he begged me again to guarantee and marry him. Finally in May he got his marry visa and went to Thailand. He stole cash from a friend that stayed over in our house and copied his credit cards and passport and fraudulently bought a ticket for me to follow from a travel agency to save money and get me in trouble to loose the friend. He also damaged my customer’s websites and placed many orders on their credit cards. Later me and Sara found out that he also stole from her friends Thai and foreigners while they stayed in our house, which is very embarrassing.
12. The bail money and lawyer cost he paid me back of about 3000 USD but again with stolen money from a friend of mine from Accra, Ghana who visits Bangkok for business three times a year. He stole nearly 10,000 USD in one night from that guy named Ravi.
13. After I came to Germany in early June 2003 he was very nice to me till the day after the marriage in Chemnitz. Then he left immediately for Halle and sold his body. He actually did that secretly all the time before too.
14. He frequents casinos and looses and wins a lot. His behavior and character became worse and worse till now and he stole over 8,000 Euros from me and ordered many things and pretends that I did that and refuses to pay. He let me sign for him as he pretends not to understand German which he apparently does better than we could ever expect. Apparently he has found a new lover / victim that now even helps him.
15. He borrowed money from Khun Nang and pledged his passport then he sues her with police having stolen it the same he did with Sara by stealing her 1900 EUR gold necklace last year in Chemnitz to bail his passport out from Kamala in Dresden.
