     Julius Emmanuel Dayao is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer. He graduated last April 2004 from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Quezon City (TIP-QC).

     He served for over a month (April 3 to May 14, 2004) as a central office technician for the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, the country's first and largest telecommunications company.
