| AUGUST 21, 2003 What to do what to do. Let's begin. I lost my mail keys which isn't so bad..except that I also lost my bank card...which a new one is IN my mailbox! UGHH Ok..I have to come back, I just needed to set up this new page for when I take off to GP in a couple of days. I have to go get some stuff done here today, I'll write tonight...OUTTY AUGUST 23, 2003 Well we leave tomorrow. I'm a little nervous to go. It's been a long time since I have travelled, and even a longer time that I have left my kids behind! I haven't been with just one kid for so many years it's going to be SO WEIRD! Last night Jae and I went out to Boston Pizza, and had Mom's Bing night out. We had nachos, and cactus cut potatos...mmmmm and beer! lol. We then headed over to the Raven which was an exciting time...ha ha. I know why I don't miss the bars now! We then proceeded to walk home. It was like 12:00am. When I left Jae, I was walking and there was some guy walking behind me..I had my cell with me, so I crossed the street, and the guy crossed the street, so I dialed the cops number and had my finger on the send button. I walked, and all of a sudden he was right behind me so I casually crossed the street again..finger still on the button..then he disappeared down the unlit street. It was kinda werid. I have never been afraid walking home at night,. I think it was cuz while I wos out I noticed so many new faces. We stopped at the Gallery, and I just shook my head. I 'm not THAT old! I'm only 27!!! any way. Then today, i went to my friend Raine's salon, got my nails done and got my brows waxed..MAN THAT HURTS! I hate getting them waxed. but I like it better than havin unibrow, or wearwolf brow. I checked on line today for a cheaper car rental..I found one for 20 bucks less..hey that's one day insurance! Well I'll try and keep up to date while I'm there...I know from my friend Cindy's site that I can use London Drugs (I LOVE LONDON DRUGS!) they have a puter there I guess. So I'll talk to you from Alberta! August 27, 2003 Well I am in Grande Prairie now, WOW has it ever changed since the last time that I was here. It took us a really long time to drive here from Edmonton. It took us like 7 hours. Kady isn't the best road traveller out there! We went to Toys r us before we hit the highway,and she walked in and said "THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!" It was so funny. So we go here and she has been pretty good. I ended up going over to Tim and Michelyn's today for like 2 hours cuz she didn't want me to leave. She told me that she didn't want to sleep over there. But we'll see. She will have fun if she does so. But I just hoope that they will call me if she needs to talk to me. Other than that, went bought the kids a bunch of clothes for school, and then I bought some perfume for me. I also have got steve a hat and shirt. I think when I get to Edmonton I will be able to find a few more things for him and the boys. I am trying not to spend too much money, but I am finding all these things for the kids. UGHH Long story short..I'm heading out for coffee with my friend Jen Constant (BREEN) now, and then I am suppose to hook up with Shanda a little later. I think that it should be good. I hope that Kady calls me a little later. We went over to Mike's place last night and saw him and his little girl Kaitlyn, she is SO CUTE! I will have some pictures to post when I get home. I have been trying to take pictures of everything just to post up. I bought Kady a little Strawberry ShortCake photo album so that I could put pictures of her trip in...I think that she is really going to like it when we get it full. I got some pictures of her an Kaitlyn so that should be cute in there. Anyway I'm just at Jen's place right now, I shold get off her computer so that we can head out. Man is her little girl cute too. She is adorable I remember how much I liked buying clothes and stuff for Kady when she was that age...they are just way too cute! I'll have pictures of her to post up when I get home too. So Have a good one everyone and I'll talk to you soon! Sept 12, 2003 HOLY HOLY..long time no write! What with Playschool and Kindergarten started up..no time! Well what a day today turned out to be...Johnny Cash passed away and John Ritter. Two entertainers who made themselves so well known. Johnny Cash's last video that he did was AWESOME! Hurt, it was actually written by...hmmm I can't remember who wrote it... some band that you wouldn't think that Johnny Cash would have gotten a song from. When I DO find out, I'll write it in. I know this may be boring for...well probably all of you, but it's a really sad day for the world of country. OH NINE INCH NAILS that's who wrote it! Anyway, things are so busy around here. I have to take a few min to get this updated. My anti virus is attacking my email. I can't seem to get it to let me check my email..UGH. Oh well, at least I have not viruses! lol. September 18, 2003 Well, here I am it's 10:51 pm on a Wednesday... I just finished baking a wack of cookies, and icing them...I made some slimmy yummy treats...and me and my daughter made some "C" Cookies for them to sell in their class...they sell them to the bigger kids at the school for 50 cents each...and donate the money to Cancer Research. I think that is SUCH a GREAT IDEA! I can't believe how much money they are making on them all ready. Yesterday alone they made $136.00 dollars! so that is pretty good. What else can I tell you..Oh there is so much. I have now become the new Maintance Coordinator for the YK Playschool. There seems to be something that I am forgetting to tell you. Here is a good thing...WHY DO MY NEIGHBORS THINK IT'S OK TO WALK AROUND NAKED??? I mean they are GREAT people..I just don't want to see them naked! lol... funny. well I really don't have much to say, believe it or not, I think I'm just really tired and need to hit the sack...but I'll BE BACK :) JENNIFER October 3, 2003 Hey hey hey! I am FINALLY sitting down long enough to update this! WOO HOO. Here I am on a Friday night with the kids in bed American Pie2 on the tube. Ahhh I have so much to update. My mom bought my son a fire Truck bed. It ROCKS! Kady got a new bed too it's one of those loft beds, fricken expensive! Wow, now I have a brain freeze and can't think of what I wanted to fill everyone in on. hmm old age? I have to stay at playschool until Nov 1st. Till my little man turns 3, then I can have the afternoons off. Which will be so nice. But on the same note I was back in the storage room with this Girl MJ who had to stay there until Oct 1, cuz her daughter, Tori, just turned 3 today. So I was telling her how much I don't have time for, and so she brought me a novel to read while I am there...and it's actaully really good. It's one of those 2524363523542 page books, and I can honestly say that I have never taken the time to read something with that many pages! And as I sat down there to read this book I got into it and read upto chapter 7, and then today I read from there to chapter 12...so considering that I haven't really sat down and read a book for ever! Anyway without making myself sound and more "bright" I'll quit writing about this! Tomorrow I'm takin the kids out in the AM to take pics, I hope that I get some good ones, that what I want to do for Christmas cards. I am going to do this so that I can get the kids pics out to people, and let them see them all...and how big they are now. Anyway, I have to reformat all these pages so that I can add more journal entries with all my free time..MUWAHAHAHAHA |
