March 4, 2004 Wow, only 11 days till my sissy's birthday, 18 days till my cousin's birthday, and 20 days' till my dad's birthday! My my my what a busy month!.Things are good today it's FREAKIN COLD OUT! It doesn't help that I'm sick.And as a mom, there is no such thing as SICK.I swear, one day it would be AWESOME to just get up on my own time, shower with out hearing "MOMMY SO IN SO DID THIS"(something as simple as standing in the wrong place in the kitchen!)Getting dressed without some kind of tramatic event happening in the living room and having to bolt out in a towel only to see that what is wrong is that the TV has been changed from channel 3 to channel 4 and is scrammbled, AHhhh as you can see the day has been long and trying today.Who knew being a parent was the HARDEST JOB in the whole world...and yet, we think our parents were crazy, after all how HARD can it be to be a mom! Don't kid yourself. I met a girl on the weekend who was talking about her 2 kids, and how the 2 of them were so hard, and all this, I just blurted out, "don't have 3 then!" lol. I didn't mean to be rude, but I'm sure it came out rude. Ces't le vive. Anyway, i wanted to write about what happend this weekend, I'm nearing the end of this page, so I will write it in the next pages. So until I spend a few minutes creating a new page, I will sign off... TA TA February 26, 2004 Good Morning, What is up for today, well LOTS! I take my business plan in today, and hopefully in no time they'll approve me for my business loan. That I'm hoping that everything falls into place! Would be a nice. I'm really excited about it. I got high speed internet now, and the day after I got it, I couldn't get onto my puter properly. I could access my email, and my messenger, I could even use the webcam on messenger, but I couldn't access any pages. So I thought...must be the Imesh program that I downloaded (MP3 Program).Which was really weird because when I downloaded it last time it was fine. There was a lot of crap that downloads with it (spy adware crap) so I uninstalled it, but it didn't change my problems. SO I took it in to SSI to get them to look at it, and they said it was just some ad-spyware crap. So they deleted all the spyware crap, and it works fine. They got me to come into the back to get the puter, and they had my puter hooked up still, and they were laughing their heads off cuz I have that picture of me pretending to drink lysol on my desktop...and they said WHAT WERE YOU DOING!!! I just started laughing...ok, note to self, remove all self humiliating photos from system before brining it into computer pros! LOL Too funny! Anyway, just a quicky update, email me if and when you can. It's starting to feel like regular mail, the only people who send you something WANT something from you! LOL...Take it easy, ME February 24, 2004 Well it's been 3 WEEKS since I updated this journal! wow! Things are ok here in YK. It's getting warmer, and it's getting lighter in the morning each day.Soon it'll be daylight all day again! I got high speed internet, and so far been pretty good. I didn't notice a differnce when I was at work. But here at home, just updating this is pretty good. I don't have to wait too long. Valentine's was good, got a couple CD's, which is a nice addition to my collection.I love music.I guess that's why I decided to take guitar lessons. Which are going well too. I just have to get me a geetar, that is suited to me. I need to get a mid sized one because the full adult sized one is much too big for me to hold. Took my car to YK motors, and they "fixed" it. OH WAIT they DIDN"T fix it all...as per the norm there. I have to take it in AGAIN. G's needless to say that I am getting a little..LOT tired about taking it in. Oh well. At least it's running well. I really would like to get a new vehicle, but I do not want another bill right now. another good bit of info, I think that I have got a spot for my store! I have to take my business plan in soon. I didn't have to do it before when I thought I did, I guess I can take it in anytime before the deadline which isn't till 2nd week in March, but I want to take it in early, and then get it all straightened away. I guess that is what it's all about. So anyway, I'm gonna go have a shower, I just wanted to make a quick update. Steve will be going to a hockey game in Edmonton (Edmonton vs. Colorado) Which leads me to another topic. Have you seen the Colorado yet? Nice, I'd like to buy one, pretty nice truck..Ideally I want a Toyota..or is that a ROYOTA?? ROFL HA HA HA ahh long story...but again, don't want anymore bills! Anyway, I'm out, I'll talk to you again soon...ta ta February 5, 2004 AHHHH, this new homepage couldn't be more me! I started making it, and I just started laughing. This is typical of me, and anyone who was around me around this part of my life knows all about this! I anyway, I am still looking for a space for the store, I am having a heck of a time. Oh well, there is going to be something somewhere and when there is, I'll be there! I looked into tickets for Dawn the Swan to meet me in Edmonton in April, for the show, and I went to cheaptickets, cheapflights, air canada. HOLY SMOKES! Air Canada- $590, Cheapflights-$1003.86, and the most OUTSTANDING one was, are you ready, CHEAPtickets *keep the name in mind* $4656.36 !!!!!! I JUST ABOUT FELL ON THE FLOOR!That is OUTRAGEOUS! Oh well, not much you can do. I don't want her to spend that kind of money, just to come to the buying show. I could write part of it off for the store, but, that could be a little riskeh..so who knows, we'll see. I started my guitar lessons on Tuesday, it was pretty cool. I was pretty overwhelmed by things, but I think once I get the hang of it, I should be ok. My fingers feel like they are too short to do it, but I was talking to my friend Curtis, and he said that an instructor told him his hands were to small, but he said screw them and he learned and now he's got a band, and they have a lot of great tunes! So that was encouraging. I hope that I can learn well I had to pick a target song, and I chose, Third Eye Blind~ Semi Charmed. That would ROCK if I could learn that! So wish me luck and check out the pics of my STORMY WAHHHHHHHHHH I'm out...LA-TAH February 10, 2004 You know, it's REALLY too bad that we only have ONE toy in our home. I mean the kids are sitting here, arguing about it too. I mean, you'd THINK we would have more than one toy here because there is more than one child here...Silly me hey! WHAT'S with that. Why do the HAVE to fight over the same toy, but the moment it's breathed that the toy in question has to be cleaned up, or put away all of a sudden NO ONE was playing with it.... I DON'T GET IT! I hope that this little phase ends....SOON! I don't think it will, but hey. Let's see, tomorrow I have a business course to go to, "business law" should be a good one. Things are looking up, I think I may have found a place for my store to go, at a little bit cheaper than what I have budgeted for, but I have to say that I'm of course a tad skeptical! But I'm trying to remain POSITIVE about the whole thing. So we'll see. I still have a little more time to worry about that... sheesh, no wonder my hair is turning a beautiful shade of grey! LOL Anyway, things here in the zoo have settled out a smidgen...alas, I spoke too soon, just as I typed that Jonas, (as Raine calls him, poor kid is gonna start thinking that's his name!) decided that because Dray was pulling part of the fence thingy down that he could punch him, and now, he's feeling the wrath of mom...Toy taken away, and sitting on the couch, watchin his brother playing with the creation that he just completed. Ahhh to be 3! Anyway, I better go, I have a million things to do, and it's all ready 9:23 in the morning, so I'll get to it. But I'm gonna try and get back here to write more of an entry tonight.
