| Jenny Millsap, soprano, is as comfortable with Mozart and Bellini as she is with Lerner and Loewe. Miss Millsap completed her Bachelor of Music Degree in Voice at the University of Texas at Austin where she also earned a Bachelor of Arts from the prestigious Plan II program. Leaving her native Texas, she moved to the East Coast to complete her Master of Music in Voice at Westminster Choir College. Shortly after graduation, she moved to New York City where she was selected as a Regional Finalist in the MacAllister Vocal Competition and as a National Finalist in the Classical Productions Vocal Competition at Carnegie Hall. She has appeared regionally and Off-Broadway with such companies as the New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players and The Fulton Opera House. A versatile performer, Miss Millsap has appeared in a variety of roles including Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance, Yum-Yum in The Mikado, Eliza in My Fair Lady, Caroline Neville in Titanic, Guenevere in Camelot, Hero in B�atrice et B�n�dict, Nanetta in Falstaff, and Mrs. Maurrant in Street Scene. |
