Chapter Seventeen: The Arkansian Proliferation Plan

"America, can you spare a 'digm"...Bill Clinton

In the 1992 Presidential debates, Ross Perot was set for bear against George Bush and he mostly ignored Bill Clinton. He did shoot once across the Clinton bow when he stated that Bill Clinton being President of the United States was as proposterous as an operator of a mom and pop shop trying to take over WalMart.

And then Ross Perot proceeded to help elect Bill Clinton, from the mom and pop state of Arkansas, into the highest office on the planet.

The premise of Ross Perot's campaign was that he had business sense and that it would lead him to seek out and surround himself with only those from our national community who would be willing to brainstorm what would be best for America. Perot admitted that he did lack expertise in areas of military and international relations, but that he would be bolstered by his union with the best minds he could round up.

That was quite noble and is now quite lacking in our American politics

The Bill and Hillary Administration has been founded on what I previously set forth as a dangerous gravitation towards a celebrity crowd rather than the intellectual as Perot had proposed would be necessary to get America out of the problems she faced economically as well as internationally.

It could be argued that this trend began with America's acceptance of Ronald Reagan, who had been a movie star, but I would counter that it was not his celebrity that elected him to the Presidency--twice-- but rather his abilities as a leader to grasp and manipulate the political, economic and international arenas set before him. He had, afterall, been a successful governor of California, one of the largest states and America's most diverse community.

Bill and Hillary did not bring that Reganesque experience to the office with them. Neither of them was truly equipped for the task of running the country and attempting to micromanage the planet.

The condition they left Arkansas in after their tenure stands as testimony to how ill-equipped they were. The running joke in Arkansas politics is "Thank God for Mississippi". Mississippi can always be counted on to be the worst state in the union in the areas of poverty, low-school performance and other such vital social statistics. Arkansas ranks 49th and is greatful for Mississippi trumping their worst efforts.

Hillary was responsible for the education reforms in her state. She failed miserably--at the expense of children whose lives will be irrevocably altered as they have to deal with the effects of having acquired a substandard education in an increasingly more difficult employment market.

They are both Socialist in nature--with noble desires to make sure everyone has a piece of the American pie-- or so they put forth, but telling is Hillary's play on cattle futures and their collective play in the White Water debacle.

She allowed her "broker", who had a reputation for flying fast and loose with market illegalities, to utilize illegal means to parlay her $1000.00 investment into a $100,000.00 when everyone else who played that same market during that time period lost money. She pocketed the money and turned a blind eye to the obvious. She had been given "sweetheart" deal from the broker who would later need her access to the Governor, her husband.

In the White Water development scheme, they partnered with Jim and Susan McDougal, who at the time owned Madison Savings and Loan in the purchase of the White Water tracks of land, purchased with bogus "sweetheart" loans, they never had to pay back, and maintained and upgraded with Arkansas state funding.

The Clintons are Socialist, but they seem to prefer to dole out inequitably, counting themselves a double portion. And, in Arkansas, they seem to have left everyone equitably poor.

As I've looked at Milosevic and Hussein and the manner in which they treated their countrymen, I assess that if they are capable of such actions against their OWN people-- the REST of us do not stand a chance at being treated well by these characters. The same goes for Bill and Hillary Clinton and their misuse of the Arkansian. America did not stand a chance of being fairly treated.

They had failed Arkansas at Economics and Education. The only International matters they had experience with was his Anti-American rallies abroad and in Russia during the Viet Nam war and then there was the Arkansas incident of the Cuban, "Mariel boatlift" refugees the federal government, under Jimmy Carter, needed to place within his state at Fort Chaffee. He grandstanded with a rebel cry likened to his predecessors, Orval E. Faubus and George Wallace, vowing to defy the federal government to prevent any further Cubans from being placed within Arkansas "even if they bring the whole United States Army down here."

As for proliferation, he did have to deal with all that chicken shit he allowed the Tyson corporation to proliferate into Arkansas's rivers and streams. His failures in that area mandated that Gore be at the forefront of any and all issues regarding the Environment.

He must have figured that, afterall it was Post Cold War and he did not need to be too concerned with his lack of expertise in the area of Armaments and Proliferation. He had studied that in the 60' at George Washington. How much could things have changed???

Yet, once in office, the lack became obvious and a plan was concocted. Picture it:

Bill Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton and Madelaine Albright brainstorming how to best utilize the military they all despised as a sentiment of their counterculture days. (Madelaine is a bit older-- but she shares their sentiment so she is yuppy, by proxy.)

Lady Albright suggests that "what good is having all this military might if you never use it? (for social good)"

The question then became: where to use it and how?

The answer, the obvious answer for these Economic Socialists was in the creation of a new paradigm for the use of the American Military and the American accumulation of arms. And thus began the implimentation of the Bill and Hillary Clinton Socialist Proliferation Movement.

The premise of the thought is simple: if America is the only standing Super Power, the rest of the nations will always attempt to test her will and her might. But, if they could just manage to let everyone in the global community have what America had in it's arsenal-- if everyone was equally equipped-- then no one would have a need to feel insecure nor would they desire to test America's will and might.

Their formula ignores one very important factor: LOGIC!

First of all, no one anticipated or expected that Bill Clinton would re-invent the American Wheel. We expected that he would be fully versed in the cornerstone rules that govern us as a people and that his oath was to uphold those rules.

It was certainly a valid supposition that Bill Clinton would be capable of understanding that his role within the making of this nation was to serve his country and his countrymen within the parameters set forth by the Founding Fathers.

Instead we have been subjected to a leader who, because of a need to impliment Liberal Nitchze-ism has decided that what our Founding Fathers said and wrote should be discarded and/or revamped for the sake of fully establishing a society whose belief is in Humanism, the power of the individual rather than on a diety.

" We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure rights, governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.- The Declaration of Independence

"The biggest mistake we make as Americans is to consign our nation's founding documents to history. They do not belong in history. They transcend time. Every word was written for the 21st century-- and the 22nd--and onward.

Too many of us think of the Constitution as some crumbling yellowed parchment under special glass in Washington, D.C. . We assume that words written with a quill pen are quaint, stale, frozen in time. When someone talks about "founding documents" our eyes glaze over and we think of long-dead men who wore powdered wigs. You know, those scenes in old paintings.

But the Constitution cannot be contained in a glass display. It's all over the Internet: try for instance www.constitutionalfacts.com or www.usconstitution.net/const.text) Its words and especially those of the Bill of Rights-- crackle with life. They are vigorous, muscular, direct and devastatingly clear. There is a certain amount of defiance there, and American attitude. You cannot read the words without a lift of the heart-- especially these:"Congress shall make no law...

These ideas are built for the next century, and the next and the next. With one caveat: the Constitution, like the Declaration of Independence, is only as strong as the knowledge and education of the people of this country.

If the people are not willing to read the Constitution, not willing to learn it, to study it, if the instead choose to throw their freedoms and liberties away, then the Constitution is worthless."--Rush Limbaugh (July 1999, The Limbaugh Letter, "America's Greatest Words")

America is at this cross road--precariously unaware that reality has shifted zones. We are in the process of losing our government based on Constitutional Law and what is being offered in its place is quite unstable, at best. In a Liberal Utopian America, we could do and say what our hearts, minds and flesh deemed with the exception of having the freedom to choose-- religion, the bearing of arms, life, the pursuit of 'collective' happiness. We would also live subject to the lack of a safety parameter as each individual could decide to infringe on another in their unrestrained pursuit of happiness.

The second illogical premise for the establishment of the Bill and Hillary Clinton Socialist Proliferation Movement is clearly defined in the global arena itself. Bill Clinton is fond of saying, rather grandeously--as if he, and he alone brought this to bear for us, that "for the first time in the history of nuclear armaments, our American children and citizens do not have missles pointed at them". This has been an outright lie (substanciated by American Intelligence which assures us they have no way of knowing and that even if the missles were to be taken off-line, it would take a matter of minutes to reset)--propagated with an intent to lull Americans into complacency regarding proliferation and for the purpose of bring about the Bill and Hillary Clinton Socialist Proliferation Movement.

The Clinton Administration has purposefully set forth the Russians and the Chinese as being 'friends' of America. The former Soviet Union may have been rendered impotent by Ronald Reagan's policy of militarily outspending the USSR, a plan that took them to the brink of economic collapse, from which they have not recovered, but while they may be down temporarily, they should definitely not be counted as out.

The Chinese just got caught stealing our most valuable technological military information. They have not exactly acted very friendly. And, it appears as though the Clinton Administration, coupled with Janet Reno's Justice Department have actually allowed for that theft in exchange for campaign contributions and, of course the possibility of embarking on further trade with China, which lead to further campaign contributions from American company owners wishing to get into the Chinese trading game.

At also appears as though, the Clinton Administration allowed China to take what they wished from our arsenal and they , in turn, sold what they took to a host of characters from the Middle East.

Middle Eastern citizens who's religious beliefs dictate that America is the GREAT DEVIL would not second guess an opportunity to destroy such a dire enemy, especially when such combat would secure a better place for them in their next life.

India and Pakistan took turns flexing their nuclear prowess while our nation focused intently onthe Monica Year.

As we draw near the end of the Clinton Adminsitration, we may feel as though we have survived the worst of it and soon Bill and Hillary will go off into the Dream Works sunset to get some more acting in, but the new paradigm, the one they created for us, will begin to manifest. The wear and tear of this Amdinistartion to our Constitution and to our miliary and its capacity for readiness will begin to show, much to our detriment.

Bill and Hillary Clinton's Socialist Proliferation Movement was nothing short of an assault on the Constitution and the many men and women who opt to serve this great country and opt to place their lives in harms way for the protection of what they deem to be noble-- our American way of life. The very ideals my father and my husband's father and so many others like them died for lie battered by the lofty notions of a couple ill-equipped to handle the immense task of leading this country.

The Bill of Rights, Amendment II specifies: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have indeed infringed!
