Take The Addams Family Test Here!

Take The Mu$ic Biz Whore Test

oh come on. i HAD to display it. i didn't even know i might turn out to be her. hee. i was thinking i'd probably be told i'm courtney love. 11:08 a.m.
...

i dreamed that i met this couple, with a baby girl. the dad asked me to name her, because they couldn't come up with anything. my immediate response was "isis". isis? so the dad said okay, and isis it was. until the mother got wind of it and proclaimed it an asinine name, and rename the baby "seanin" .. pronounced "shaw-nen".. er.. speaking of assinine. hee.

after i woke up i realised i thought of isis because i watched my newly bought video copy of bring it on last weekend, and it's one of the characters name. oooooh. heh. seanin. heh.

it was a wonder i slept at all. i had barely stopped coughing and twisting and turning and settled into a dream before i was awoken by a dreadful, persistant noise that sounded like what i would imagine an angry llama might sound. fire-alarm. bastards.

hussle, hussle, get dressed, wobble outdoors to stand and stare at all the other freshly awoken squinty eyed people in mis-matched clothes thrown on in a hurry. it was cold enough to let us turn the night air into smoke plumes. heh. sucked.

and last night, i got to do laundry. my roommate saved the day by having 4 quarters to offer up to the laundromat demons below. i had just spent an hour trying to hand wash socks and undies, feeling decidedly sorry for myself. and then there she was with her shiny coins.

i'm growing increasingly fond of my roommate. we're so comfortably separate from each other, and only come together every few days on casual topics like "can you open the window a while, please? i'm hot." and "is the tv too loud? no? great." .. it was about time i had some luck in the roommate department.

once i got up, i was in a good mood, so i painted a swirly curlicue below my left eye, like death in sandman. or like me at halloween (only the swirl on the right eye where the sun hits the cheek). the lunch lady approved. good to know. it's a bit smudged and faded by now, but whatever. fun stuff.

i'm still closing doors, although it would seem a few people are keeping a foot jammed to keep my door from shutting entirely. i'm not sure what i feel about that. maybe that's a good thing. i'm just a bit tired, i suppose. and now--french. cin cin! 5:15 p.m.
