By submitting your story to Stories of Heart, you automatically give us permission to use it.  We don't claim copyright privileges to it, but we have authorization by you to publish it.  The copyrights to the stories that appear in Stories of Heart are owned by the authors and are used with their permission.  We will not run stories without the author's permission and contact information listed after the story.  We also refuse to publish stories listed as "author unknown" (which violates copyright law and the rights of the authors).
