When you think about it, that was quite clever. 

I started writing seriously in Y2K while pregnant with my Y2K-compliant daughter and haven't shown signs of slowing down! 

I owe my inspiration to the hottest thing since sliced jalapenos, my househubby, Stephen. He is currently tackling our fixer-upper with four kids under the age of 7 strapped to his tool belt.

We've been without a kitchen for eight years now.

With all the blessings in my life, I don't have to look far for inspiration in my writing!

Publications
"Heartsong" published early October 2001 in "Stories for a Woman's Heart:  The Second Collection."

"Anthony's Wish" published last spring in Heartwarmers of Love.

In spring 2002, stories will appear in the next Heartwarmers book and "Chicken Soup for the American Soul: Healing the Heart of a Nation."

I'm in the middle of writing a novel-length fictional romance called "Wife Seeking Wife."  Here's a sneak preview!

I've had several poems published in "Gallaudet Today," prompting a high school teacher in Tallahassee, Florida, to encourage his deaf students to write me. Those letters, written over 20 years ago, are one of my most treasured keepsakes.

We have been entrusted with molding four precious lives - Cody (6), Ethan (6), Matthew (3), and Madison (1).
