Jen grew up in a small town of Southern Ontario
Canada. Since the age of four, she has always had music on her mind.
Everything seemed alluring - from the travelling, to the "behind the
scene" efforts of a polished show, to the actual entertaining itself of
course. It's such a big part of her, she can't live without it.
During her pre-teen years, she made
the realization that music is a business. It wouldn't be as easy to
succeed as she initially thought! It only excited her more to learn about
the things that would help her move forward. Now as a young adult, having
spent many recent years learning from both good and bad experiences... she
is stronger and even more determined to become an entertainer. Acting is
also something she's taken an interest in. Her classes helped reassure her
in that area.
Currently, Jen is moving forward completely solo, writing and
recording with her own audio equipment and gaining experience where she
can performing live. It's important to her not to let lack of opportunity
affect progress and improvement. Believing people can appreciate what you
have to offer if you focus on doing good work - otherwise you fade as a
fad. She attempts to locate the right people on the Professional side, to
help guide her, however, has no complaints doing it on her own in the
meantime. Her first album will be independantly released in 2008.
