Well tonights weight loss
was 0 ! I had to expect it though, after going out on Friday night
and drinking way too much again. All I could think was thank god
I had done a fair share of exercise this week, or I would have gained.
I'm fairly on track during
the week, but have noticed I am getting slack with my tracking. I
am starting to get a little bored with the whole thing, which is not good.
I thought maybe I might take a sort of break. I won't give up eating
healthier, and I will continue to attend my meetings, but my goal at the
moment is just to stay at the same weight each week. I don't want
to put back on the 7.5 kilos I have lost.
I'm going out again this
Friday night, and am bound to drink heaps again. That will be the
last Friday night for a while though, so perhaps then I will get back on
track!

So ok, I am sitting here with a hangover, but gee
I had a great night last night. Danced my big butt off and managed
to crawl into bed around 4:30 this morning. (After stopping at McDonalds
on the way home to eat a McChicken! Oh I am a bad girl, but that
is my very first bit of bad takeaway in almost 9 weeks! I will have
to look up the points total for a McChicken!
I am off to do my grocery shop once my fiancee
wakes up. I think I might get back on track this week. I have
found some more motivation in me. It probably has something to do
with the fact that I am flying home to Sydney in October for my brothers
18th and my sisters 17th and I want to be down to 100 kilos. (9 kilos
in 3 months - quite a reasonable goal I think).
Having this site is good for my motivation. I received an e-mail this morning from someone who comes to visit it regularly, and she wanted to know if I was alright because I hadn't posted Tuesdays results yet. It is amazing to know that I am an inspiration to people! Big fat me, who is never even an inspiration to herself! Thanks guys, support from hundreds of people I don't even know!
Good luck for the week to all those fellow slimmers out there. We can do it!
