Jatzy as she usally is being called is born 1993 with a top class lineage after Pike and under Preferable. She is among the smallest Saddlebreds in Sweden with a withers height of 158 cm. At the time she was a colt both Jatzy and me were introduced to Natural Horsemanship. This early start of exploring NH has been invaluable to be able to establish a natural relation to this temperamental chesnut mare. The contact-seeking character of the Saddlebreds and the tendency for being like a one persons horse has made the horsemanship work smoother. |

Jatzy have unusually good bloodlines with straight downward stage to the exterior perfect beaty Darley Arabian, whose son Flying Childers was the first famous racehorse in history. One of her close relative is the respected Byerley Turk, a stallion that has improved several well-known horse breeds. The Swedish Saddlebred holds world class with many eminent champions in the studbook like Preferred Property and CH Superior Odds. |

Jatzy have competed in Western Pleasure, Western Trail, Hunter Pleasure, Swedish Pleasure, 5-gaited competition, Jumping, English Dressage, Endurance, Harness, Event competition, In-Hand, Best-In-Show and Saddleseat with very good accomplishments. We participate were it is fun to compete. In the most competition events we participate in relative low levels, however I am convinced that Jatzy is capable of much more and that the Saddlebred is a horse which could compete in the very highest of all classes. Whatever I choose to do with Jatzy she is always happy to work and try to make me pleased. She loves to show and is especially proud when floating ahead in rack. Not to forget, Jatzy has a huge portion of personality and is a big individual that needs to be respected. She is a good friend that I can rely and trust on. Saddlebreds for me have meant that I succeded to find the reality dream horse, something that I wish all should have a chance to experience.
