1. suugest new carpeting in V-berth and head, currently no carpeting in the head.. or a serious cleaning of v-berth carpeting
2. New coat of bottom paint expected cost ~$800 ; sometime in near future new coat of top paint ~ $250 - $450 --
THESE ARE HIGH END ESTIMATES... (I know someone who can arrange this at a significantly lower cost --and am happy to refer..)
3. Perhaps new cushions for exterior --this is a minor need and purely costmetic.
4. New bulb light on masthead, problem either electrical or just a bulb, minor issue
5. May need new rigging in the next year or so... definitely in working order however a likely upcoming investment.
