Terms of Sale
This sailboat will be sold "AS IS". I will offer any information I know, the prior owner is also available to answer questions, if necessary. He owned the boat for 31 years... and knows her well.
No current surverys are available. Surveys done at buyer's expense.
Buyer has right to make offer subject to survey.
A 10% deposit will be required within 3 business days once sale is agreed. Full payment is required within 14 days of sale. Payment can be made via money order, cashier's check, cash or other agreed method.
WE CAN DISCUSS FINANCE OPTIONS IF NECESSARY --
I WILL REQUIRE AT LEAST A 50% DOWNPAYMENT.
THIS IS DEPENDENT ON NEGOTIATION & CREDIT WORHTINESS.
Buyer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs and is expected to take possession of the boat within 14 days of sale. If a longer period is needed, then the buyer will be responsible for porportionate slip fee, this would be negotiated.
Note: Upon change of ownership, slips are reassigned at marina. LBM slip fee = $272.80/month. The slip is basically covered thru July.... and this should allow some timing flexibilty to arrange another slip.
