About Us
I created this website for the intended purpose of spreading the good work of my uncles business. I believe his work deserves more attention and a website is a great way for him to get it, as technology only brings us closer to a more successful future. I had taken a few steps while creating this website to make sure that this message was shown like providing contact information and describing what his business is all about.
I had chosen this website design because I felt like it would conect to my audience more, as the majority of people who would visit this site are looking for interior design work and would probably expect brown and black tones of color. All of my pages share the same type of design, as I wanted to keep things simple and easy for my target audience and keep everything user friendly. The browns and blacks work well with the background "wood finish" and I think really capture the style I was going for, which was a modern and contemporary look. I made my website easy to use by providing bold fonts, Simple website navigation, easy to understand vocabulary and repetitive styles that stray from change.
I would like to continue working on this website in the future, I had a lot of fun with this and learned a lot about website development. If I had more time I would have liked to add the pictures I wanted, sadly that was something I never got around to completing even though I had the pictures in my folder that I wanted to include. I would also have liked to add more information to the side bars and even made the links useful. I might do this in my free time in order to progress my HTML and CSS skills.
