What are your goals for the next five years/ten years? In the next 5 to 10 years I hope to have an upper management position in the Information System Technology field. I would improve my computer skills by training in different courses and receiving certifications. Why are you the best person for the job? I would be the best candidate for the job based on my overall knowledge and training on many computer systems. I have incredible communication skills which would come in well with any group projects given to me. I will be able to create great opportunities for your company in expanding it's growth through the technology world. What do you know about this company? I know your company is the worldwide leader in computer's along with being a Fortune 500 company. The most important thing is your company knows and does what it takes to get there. You treat your employees with respect and kindness and because of that you are where you are today.
How do you handle stress and pressure? I handle stress and pressure by doing whatever it takes to get the job done. The more the pressure the harder I would work to make sure it gets done correctly and in a timely fashion.
What motivates you? I am motivated by the goals I either set for myself or someone puts in front of me. I love the gratification I get at the completion of a project knowing that I was apart of it with my skills, training and knowledge. I am also motivated by my friends and family who over the years have shown me what it takes to survive in the real world and want to be able to pass that on in my future. Why do you want to work for our company? I have done much research in the companies that offer similar opportunities and feel your company offers the best chances for progressing in this field. I see many ways to advance into specific jobs and can see myself with your company for many years to come. |
