This page gives you a brief description of who I am, my teaching philosophy and what class I am taking.

Letter
My
letter goes home to parents of students who are learning how to type.
I want them to know what they are doing in my class as well as
what my expectations are. I also give them an opportunity to
purchase the keyboarding software we use so their child can practice at
home.

Gradebook
This
excel spreadsheet is a great way to keep track of student records.
You can create formulas to calculate student grades and averages
as well as class averages.

PowerPoint
This
is a great tool to use in the classroom to spice up lessons. I
chose to do a PowerPoint presentation on volcanoes, which could be used
in a science lesson.

Newsletter
This
document is a great introduction to parents. I can use it at the
beginning of the school year to give a brief description of what their
children should expect for the school year.

Outline
This
word document is a table of contents, but can be also used to summarize
what will be on a test. It makes studying easier, pointing out
specific topics students should study.

Labels
These labels can be used for a variety of purposes. The ones I created are return address labels for my school.

Survey
This
survey tool is good to use as an online quiz. The website I used
gives statistics for the quiz, which would help determine who
needs help with certain subjects, or within a certain subject.
The graph is useful because it allows you to create statistics
specific to each student, or to your class as a whole.

Extra Credit
Here is a table of my classmates and their email addresses.
