Welcome! Welcome!
It's great to see you reading my blog.
I'm so sorry if you have been grieving over the "death" of my blog.
As you see, I was caught by the virus Hubaglotch Icer Virus.
Yes, the Hubaglotch Icer Virus. HIV. I couldn't move my muscles.
I couldn't even get on my feet! I had it for about a month.
This past week I fully recovered.
I'm back on my feet.
I can smell the wonderful scent of skunk.
Ahh... nature rocks!
Anyways, I have so much homework to make up.
I'll get back to you with an update as soon as possible!
Have a great day!
August 22, 2003 @ 8:15 PM
omg...so long since last entry! Although i was out of town for practically a month in July so i do have somewhat of an excuse....lol. Yeah, lots of stuff happened! Ask me if you wanna hear about Tahiti, it was awesome. I met tons of people....shoutouts to Fabio (my main mexican man) and Charlotte (the cheeky brit)
Can't believe school is already started again! No! But it's okay i guess, west is pretty cool. Much better than that loser east school, right guys? *wink*
Anyways, My birthday (16!) is Sunday, so feel free to get me a present (hint hint) lol. Gotta go have dinner now, so I'll try to make it back soon for another update.
Cheers and a 2nd Breakfast!

I realize I never quite made it back to update again...lol oops. Anyways, just a few things to say...Burn are making their sucky-ness look less cuz now they have 3 wins! YAY! hehe. Their record is still super pitiful, 3-8-4 (win-loss-tie) but whatever. Toni Nhleko, the new guy from south africa is here. maybe we can actually win tonight, another new concept for the burn.
but what i really came to say, I'm going to be out of town for three, yes three, weeks. There's gonna be limited internet access where I'm going but I think you have to pay for it and I'm not exactly sure how expensive it is. I'm gonna try to get on for a little bit maybe twice a week or so, but mostly to check my emails and to update ryan and bobby's sites. If i have time i'll get here. Sorry cathy!!! Happy early birthday!!!
See you all August 10th!
Cheers & a 2nd Breakfast!!!

Happy Canada Day...lol. To all you Canadian's out there, feel loved! I have not forgotten that it is Canada day! Of course the article in the newspaper did help, but that's besides the point.
Summer is NOT supposed to be this boring! All i do is skate! UGH UGH UGHHHHH. hrmph. Well, I'm really excited cuz I'm going to my first ever soccer practice on sunday! yay! I'm nervous but it'll be fun. This lady at the rink she was yellin at me "DON'T GO WITHOUT SHINGUARDS!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!!" and i was like "um...okay...i'll go get a pair." anyone...is she right? Can i borrow a pair from anyone if she is? lol
Burn game tmr night!! YAY! versus DC United. I swear, if Dema even looks at me, I'm gonna be beating him before the security guard even blinks. *sends dema telepathic death wishes* Die Dema Die! bwahahahahaaaa
yeah...gonna go be bored again now. bye byeeee
Cheers!

This week wasn't really exciting...nothing happened...and i'm having a really bad day. but i figured i'd post just this little bit so i don't get the xtina treatment. cathy's prolly all happy that the xtina treatment "scares us all into updating more frequently". uh, the only reason i'm even on the comp. is cuz my mom is out of town. next update will be july 3rd.
We watched Miyazaki's Spirited Away last night when I was babysitting. It was actually really good. One of the better movies i've seen recently. Nice music to accompany as well.
Cheers,

Heyy...only two days between posts!
go me! Last night was a blast! I had the best time at the Burn game. So I'll start with getting dropped off. Duh, I went and exchanged my pass for a ticket, walk inside, and go to sit with the Inferno. It was pretty boring, cuz there was still about 28 mins or so until the game started, so I started yellin at the other teams goalie. lol. It was fun.
Then more people showed up, and the game started (finally). Nothing too interesting happened during the game, except Brad Davis and Jason Kreis scored during the first half, and Joselito Vaca tore down the field and slammed one past Garlick (Colorado's GK) to make it 3-1. Colorado scored about fifteen minutes in off a PK which was a f-ing lie. But whatever...Stumpy the referee was biased, I guess.
After the game, I hitched a ride with Kevin, Laura, and Janice to Trail Dust, by Grapevine Mills for dinner. The team comes to Trail Dust after the game too, so while I'm eating my quesadilla most of the players show up. I got to talk to Ryan Suarez(woohoo),Bobby Rhine(woohoo),Brad Davis, Chad Deering, Jason Kreis (briefly), Ted Eck (former Burn player), Eric Dade (former Burn player), DJ Countess (HAHA I told DJ that Chris liked his ass, which is a total reverse of what Chris told me to tell him, but
oops ^.^), Jordan Stone (I touched his hair! It's sooooo soft!! And curly! hehehe), Jeff Cassar, Philip Salyer (very briefly..he tried to walk off with Chris' jersey lol), Shavar Thomas (for like...three seconds haha), Andy Swift (Burn GM), Bobby Hammond (Burn Team Administrator), and lots more people.
But the best part! hehe. So earlier in the night I had talked to Chaz and Christine, and they're all like "yeah we're gonna go give Ryan hell for not giving you your interview question answers back yet" and I was like "okay" you know, cuz i thought they were kidding. But they weren't. So later, I go over to Parrish, who's laughing his head off, and he's like "Christine just got back from lecturing Ryan!!" and I swear, my mouth dropped like three feet open, I think my body stopped working for a sec lol. I was like "....she did?" and he's all "yeah!". He was highly amused by this, obviously. And then like ten minutes later (well, five...but it seemed like ten), I'm still standing there in shock, and I'm like "...are you kidding?" haha and he laughs and he's like "no!" And so then Ryan's walking by later and he said hey as he went past, and I went up to him and I was like "I am SO sorry that they lectured you!!! I thought they were joking!" and he's all "oh no don't worry about it! I'm really sorry I forgot!" and stuff like that, but it was really funny lol.
So I get interview answers by the July 2nd game, and possibly Ryan's jersey for my birthday! YAY! And I think I'm going to start practicing with a co-ed team on sundays, so i'm making progress in the soccer department. Go me! ^.^. Oh Oh. And Jordan Stone agreed to do the group interview for my site, so yay! Ohh man i love his hair! HAHA. So if Jordan is reading this, Jordan, I love your hair. LOL. Long post today, should please The Great One.
Cheers & a 2nd Breakfast!

Hello hello....another long period of time since posting. I need to get better at this. My mom is ALWAYS on the computer! I don't know what she DOES for so long (hopefully not porn lol) but oh well...anyways, thought this was rather stupid, but funny:
DJ Countess dons his black kit with white gloves get-up. He lies down very flat on the contrasting "CARROLL" or "DRAGONS" lettering over black 'end-zone' background. Then, Benjamin Olsen, advancing the ball up field, will glance up, not see any goalie, and SHOOT DECISIVELY AT GOAL, because that Ben, he is a sharp one! However, at this very moment, our hero DJ is jumping up, catching the ball, deflating Ben's hopes---and the DC United attack! For he wasn't absent, no, he was merely blending in with his natural habitat! And who has the ball now, Mr. Ray Hudson? Why, the Dallas Burn, thank you ever-so-kindly.
Burn Update: Burn suck. They're 1-5-3 (1 win, 5 losses, 3 ties) from their first 9 games. Ugh. Gotta game tmr night, vs. Colorado, I wasn't going, but there was a change of plans, and now I am. I think. I might need a ride though. So if anyone from the Inferno is reading, this, email the list. hehe. GO BURN GO!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!
-Saturday, June 12. Burn vs. San Jose Earthquakes. Burn 1 San Jose 2.
-Wednesday, June 17. Burn @ Chicago. Burn 1 Chicago 4
Harry Potter comes out tomorrow! I'm going to the Harry Potter party at Borders hehe. Yay! I can't wait! lalala. I'm soooooo excitedddddddd.
YAY!
yeah...lol...so yesterday, me and lindsey went to the mall (Stonebriar). Fun stuff heh. Uh-oh...Lindsey has discovered Abercrombie and Fitch. Ohh man...i hate that store, I saw ONE top i liked, but of course it was like 25 bucks... how about not. I did get two shirts at Foley's (woohoo! they're actually cute too haha) and some nail polish at this cheap stand thing (i needed new stuff soooo bad hehe, i got blue, silver sparkles, and gold sparkles). Also got Conspiracy Theory (it was a movie, i got the soundtrack).
Yep...that's about it. Gonna start doin' this at the end of each entry, lotsa other ppl do, why not me...
Mood: Bored! (Waiting to go to Party City)

Artistic-I guess judges are all tango-ed out. Cuz i tied for last! Even though I did my double salchow and double toe, but whatever it's just artistic. Go seventh place! ^.^

OMG I feel so bad...so long since last entry. I feel very very bad, for a split sec the page didn't load and I thought Cathy mighta revoked my blog...but I was out of town since Thursday so that sorta explains. *sigh* Oh well...forgive me, Oh Great One. Anyways, lotsa stuff happened since May 25 so I'm gonna highlight sum stuff.
05.26.03-USMNT played a friendly vs Wales. Ryan got his first USMNT Cap! Congrats to Ryan woohoo yay! And a 2-0 shutout! YAY!
05.31.03- Dallas Burn vs. DC United (aka Greasy United). Lemme fill you in real fast: DC has this guy on their team, Dema Kovalenko. Now, the last time DC played the Burn (May 3, 2003 @ DC), it ended with a 0-0 tie, but Dema broke one of our best guys' legs -Ronnie O'Brien. So duh, like everyone in Dallas has severe hatred for Dema now. I mean, we're talking
hatred. It's like...the silent treatment times eighty, plus feelings of wanting to kill him. lol. Anyways, DC comes to play us, and doy, since I hurt my knee the Tuesday prev. to the game, I had this knee brace on. I walk into the stadium, and Scott has crutches and a sign around his neck that says "Dema Got Me". Well, I laughed like a maniac for a minute, then had a brilliant idea that since I was/am actually injured, I should take the sign and crutches! So I do, and apparently Dema doesn't like this too much. *laughs* But there's nothing Dema can do about it, now is there?! If he touched me, I woulda just fallen over and been like "ahh my leg my leg. you sick!!! you broke my leg! ahhhh!!" or something. Of course i would have had to try really hard not to laugh, but thats not the point. lol. And so, after the game, Burn win 3-2, thanks to (a)Many injured DC players, (b)goals by Chris Gbandi, Jason Kreis, and a beauty of a PK by Ronnie Cerritos. After everyone leaves the stadium, the Inferno proceeds to go and make a racket outside of the DC locker rooms, taunt some players, wait for Dema to suck up his pride and come out, etc etc. So I've still got these crutches and sign right, and Alecko Eskandarian and Jose Alegria (I think it was Jose, could be wrong though...) have gotten on the bus, and I'm standing pretty much in front of where they're sitting on the bus. Alecko looks at me, and i start mouthing "Dema got me! Dema got me!" and I held up the sign so he could see it better, and he obviously turned around to Jose and said something like "hey check out this girl and her sign" because Jose stands up to look then. And so I'm trying not to laugh, and then Alecko starts motioning for me to come around by his window (hello what the crap would the point in that be?? Charter bus windows don't open smart one...) and I'm being stupid right so I start going "Nah..." and I point to the bus door, which was like...five feet away haha. But Alecko apparently was just as bored as I was, and so he starts flirting with me, and me, duh, cuz I was kinda bored with the whole "Lets-taunt-Dema!" thing by this time, I start flirting back haha. And anyways basically we kept that up for like 5 mins or so, and Alecko goes "I love you..." and I said "WHAT?! THAT'S THE FUNNIEST THING I'VE EVER HEARD!!!" and I bust out laughing. But then my dad was all "Amy come on lets go its getting late" and so i waved and then we left. But it was all great fun cuz right before I left, sort of in the middle of when Alecko and I were "hitting on each other" (lol), Dema comes out and he walks straight onto the bus, but Alecko taps him when he walks by, and obviously said something about me, cuz next thing I know, Dema turns around and looks, and I was like "shit!" and I held the sign up in front of my face, cuz duh I was bright red, I mean, come on, you're taunting a soccer player and he's about five-ten feet in front of you...real smart...Finally I lowered the sign and peeked over the top, and Alecko's laughing and Dema's shooting me death looks, so i just kinda looked at the ground, then Dema eventually went back to his seat on the bus, and Alecko and I resumed our "flirting" and then I had to leave. All in all it was a fun night! I told Rossilyn all about it the next day and she was like "Oh my god amy don't feel bad! It's GOOD when you can piss off pro soccer players, trust me!" And so we're going to have a LOT of fun on July 2nd when DC comes to play the Burn again. Oh yes,
LOTS of fun.
June 5-8, I was in Austin for a skating competition, but since I have to get off the comp. in all of 30 seconds, I'll leave it to the next entry. Don't worry, I wont forget! ^.^ And in the mean time, go look at these funny
Slogans on Dema Kovalenko! hehe...very nice...I like. Some are pretty dumb, but my favorites:
-Dema Kovalenko, The Other White Meat
-When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Ryan Suarez
Well, gots to go. Lots of love!

I'm so pissed at Cay! Stupid stupid stupid...signing my yrbk with a threat to update blog. SHAME IT DIDNT WORK!!!!! *fumes* Yah..."update ur blog...u dont want the xtina treatment do u?"
WHAT THE HELLAH DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING CATHY?! I PAID 54 BUCKS FOR MY YEARBOOK ONLY TO HAVE THREATS WRITTEN IN IT! MY CHILDREN WILL LOOK AT THAT IN TWENTY YEARS AND ASK WHAT CATHY WAS THREATENING ME TO UPDATE MY BLOG FOR!!! *sigh* okay I'm done now. But cathy...don't think i wont forget about this.*glares*
Now that I'm done ranting about that, lots to say about more neat stuff that happened. Dead week was...interesting. Exams were actually a lot easier than I had expected. Tech theatre I ended up w/a B for the semester...that's not what I wanted, but I'll settle for it. IPC i got an 80 for the six weeks, no idea how i did on the exam or on the semester, but I got an 83 on that project, so I'm happy. Geometry...we won't even go into that. yuckahhh. Off campus...I'm going to wager a guess that I end up with a 97. And yes guys, it IS possible to get lower than a 100 in PE. Especially when the teacher is MY coach. lol. Orchestra exam was hard...too many relative major/minors. At least I won't have to take that class next year. I'll prolly end up with a low A, but thats okay. World History exam was easy, no clue how I ended up for anything. English exam was SUPER EASY woohoo! I finished in 35 minutes. The Julius Caesar part was hard though. I didn't remember half of it! AND we have to read
To Kill a Mockingbird over the summer! That's okay though, I've got a loooong ass airplane trip (dallas to los angeles to papeete-tahiti)to do it. Actually two, if you count the return trip. except returning its papeete-los angeles-phoenix for a week-dallas) haha. Whatever. Ima goin now. one word:
SUMMER!!!! yay! bye all.

On the bus today, i re-discovered this seaweed that I had put in there like...after Jerri's party, and so I was kindly sharing with Albert Chang, when Barrett sees it. And he's like "What is that...I want some!" As if on cue, Cameron, Matt, Stuart, AJ, and Caitlin all look up and say "I want some too!" So me and Albert dish out some seaweed. AJ, Caitlin, and Stuart thought it was pretty good, Barrett said it was nasty, Matt said it was sick, and Cameron said it was the nastiest thing he'd ever eaten, but he'd just taken a new stick of gum out of his mouth, so I have a feeling that might have had something to do with it.
Cheers!
