MISSION- To facilitate the development of individual's capabilities towards achieving a tolerable life among the poor.
- To provide FREE job opportunities, by Linking the benefeciaries to a referral/affiliate programs, actual on the job training, seminars, conferences, conventions, both Internationally /locally through the use of INTERNET to economically uplift their lives to a greener pasture.
- To produce future TOP World LEADERS, TRAINERS that would facilitate the capacity development of the poor and in the process, be an inspiration to them.

The JFFI believes in the inherent worth and dignity of all men. It believes that development can be attained only if the people are given the opportunity and the capability to mobilize and use the resources available to them.
