JURY EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT FORUM

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE JEM Forum, an organization for jury system managers and staff, operates under the auspices of the California Association of Superior Court Administrators(CASCA).

Its purpose is to:

• Improve jury system operations through the exchange of ideas and information;
• Provide continuing education and technical asistance to jury managers and support staff; and
• Support development of professional standards for jury system administration.
