| Hello fellow investigators, now is the time for all the groups to put our heads together and help each other document the paranormal instead of working in a competitive fashion, as I said before I am going to start posting information that I use, now some groups may already have there own set forms which is great. The ones I have listed here I use on a regular basis.If you are not using forms currently, feel free to copy and paste these onto a word document and modify them to suit your needs.
