What can I say? When I watched this amazing movie during Holy Week of 2004, I was blown to tears. This classic movie of Jesus Christ's sacrifice makes us wonder, "Are we worthy?"
Directed by the inspired Mel Gibson, this movie shows Christ's sufferings before his crucifixion. You won't find any explosions or energy attacks in this movie. Likewise for superpowers or the like, it's just what it is. Tha's a religious movie.
Many people might ask me if I put it here just because I "want people to see that I'm religious." That's not true, in fact I'm proud to have this movie as one of my top 5, the movie made me feel so many emotions just hearing about it. We see on how cruel mankind can be and the loving kindness of our messiah. It made me cry towards the middle part of the movie. Perhaps, it was the way the actors presented themselves in their roles. Whatever the reason is, this movie has touched me in so man ways and still is.
