It was purchased, owned and serviced in and near Beverly Hills, CA from 1976 to 2000.
It had 68,000 Original Miles on it in 2000 when I bought it.
It has approximately 72,000 miles on it now.
It drives really well.
The interior is near-perfect.
The mechanicals are very good.
Engine Hums. Transmission Shifts Beautifully. The Car Handles Nicely.
The body is straight - short of a few dings.
The original paint is very weak. It needs a proper paint job.
Two Areas to Watch - All W114 280s and 280Cs:
Finicky OEM Carburetor - requires knowledgeable MBZ mechanic
Driveshaft Center Bushing "Donut" - these wear out faster than most.
