PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE
The Media, in general, and Television, in particular, are powerful forces in the American culture and economy. It is one of the most used consumer products in the world, yet few people truly understand the power and influence it wields in the minds of those that use it everyday.
This website is dedicated to educating students and teachers about the issues, tactics, and business of the Media, and creating informed consumers of these products, who in turn will be able to make informed choices about the Media and programming, information, and advertising they publish.
