I've been cooking for a little over twenty years now, which is quite impressive since I'm a just few months over 21. My best recipes are salsa, fried chicken, and pasta salad, and some day I'll put the recipes together.
As part of the Society of Creative Anachronism, I also do medieval cooking, and recently I've taken to teaching beginning cooks. To be a good medieval cook, be a good cook: there's very little basic knowledge that doesn't transfer over, and quite a lot that should (e.g., basic food safety).
So without further ado, here's what I've done so far...
