Trivia:
There were plans to do a sequel about Jason, but was soon dropped when he didn't act funny the second time during shooting so some of the footage from the second film can be found in the video. So it was decided that a movie on his sister ellen would be the sequel.
Deleted scenes: Some scenes were deleted from the movie cuz some the camera kept looking at cats, didn't belong in the movie, and one scene had jason fighting and the camera man sticking his middle finger at him but was deleted due to obscene gesture and to keep a PG rating
There are plans to release an extended version of The Jason Lai Project putting some deleted scenes into the movie and view all the material recorded on camera. The rating might be PG-13 due to language and obscene gesture
