SUNDAY, 23 May 2004  I had
quite an adventure today. I went to Filinvest Festival Mall to drop off
the Gnome Toss prizes. At 3 pm, I went to SM Manila to help out in that
branch. Then we all went to the meeting at the Shang.

morning. I went to attend the christening of my fourth godchild in Pateros.
My high school chums are now having their own families. Hmmm...
I got to meet once again some of my barkada from way back. Sigh. Then were such great times. We didn't stay long. At around 2:30, we went our separate ways. As for me, I went to attend the Orientation of applicants of my former school organization, IIEE-MIT. Of course, there were new faces, applicants and members, and the new set of officers who underwent the recently concluded leadership training in Mt. Makiling. I got to say a couple of words for the neophytes, er... applicants, as my closing remarks.

I met up with Giselle at NBS Shangri-la at around 4 PM. Then we had an adventure going to Glorietta, then to her office, then to her cousins' condo, then back in Glorietta to meet up with the other loony witches and wizards. It was another barrel of fun :)
A court is in session, a verdict is in. No appeal on the docket today. Just my own sin. The walls are cold and pale. The cage made of steel. Screams fill the room. Alone I drop and kneel. Silence now the sound. My breath the only motion around. Demons cluttering around. My face showing no emotion. Shackled by my sentence. Expecting no return. Here there is no penance. My skin begins to burn. ---

my post earlier in the day. I immediately went to PICC for my sister's graduation.
But it turned out that it was held instead in Folk Arts Theater. It was
like hell! It was soooo hot, and we had to wait till the program ends. My
sister finished with flying colors - Cum Laude! The only one in the family,
even in the second and third degree of consanguinity (sounds like promo
mechanics). Afterwards, we headed straight to Megamall Pollo Loco to have
lunch - the best fried chicken in town :) In the Bldg A Atrium, a Nokia
activity was going on. Hehehe... we registered just for fun. Once inside,
I was shocked to know that we even have to go on stage and participate in
a little "Bring Me" game :o Pero okey lang, I actually won. Hehehe...
Then we had our pics taken by the Nokia 6230, and printed through the computer.
And then I received a text message from Cai that an emergency meeting is going to be held at Glorietta. So I told my family that I'll stay at Megamall and head to Glorietta later in the day. ... something fishy happened at 12:27:02 am |
