    On Friday and Saturday, October 26-27, 2006 issues of federal courts jurisdiction will be discussed in honor of Professor Paul Mishkin.  We will consider the Supreme Court's decision making, Retroactivity and Habeas Corpus, Protective Jurisdiction and the Limits of Federal Jurisdiction.  Respected professors from around the country will be participating and sharing their research on these questions.
