Anthony Nelson (Larry Hagman) was born on June 25. How do I know that? Well I watch a lot of I Dream of Jeannie. Anyway back to the character. He is our beloved Jeannie's master. Now the story is, if you havent heard it yet, is simple. You see Tony is an astornaut and one day he was scheduled to go into orbit, but something failed and the team at NASA had to bring him down. He landed on a deserted island in the middle of the South Pasific, while he was makeing a S.O.S. sign a bottle that he found moved on its own. At least he thought it did. So he picked if up and opened it. And of course you should know the rest of the story, Jeannie came out and granted his wish of a helicopter. He said goodbye to her but he would be saying hello very soon.
Throughout the seasons Jeannie (Barbara Eden) would keep her master from dating other women, you see, she wanted him all to herself (like we can blame her). Tony's best friend Roger Healey (Bill Daily) would try to keep Jeannie for himself, even though he succeded a few times, he never got to keep her. Jeannie would also cause problems for Tony when Dr. Bellows (Hayden Rorke) would see things most people couldnt explain.
Finally, by the fourth season Tony realized he couldnt live without his genie and decided to marry her.
