Roger eventually found Jeannie in her bottle at Tony's house. He would steal Jeannie and not give her back until Tony had to get her back by tricking him.
Over the years Rogers big mouth led Tony into a lot of trouble, once with a genie named the Blue Djinn who was the most powerful genie. Luckely for Tony he was a quick thinker and got out of most situations.
When Tony eventually married Jeannie, Roger was of corse the best man.
