Q) Can I email the Make & Model of my Caravan/Boat for a quote? A) We do not have a Database of the thousands of Makes/ Models of Caravan/Boats with window sizes. Please include all curtain sizes required in your enquiry.
Q) You have curtains I like which are too long, can I have them altered? A) Some curtains are unhemmed until you order. The maximum length is given, these can be made to your required length free.
Q) You do not have the colour/Size I want, can I order? A) Our stock constantly changes, please check back again in a few days or email us to see if we can help.
Q) I am refurbishing 5 Caravan/Boats, can I order in Bulk? For bulk orders see the Business/Trade section opening later in the year. We are not taking Made to measure orders at the moment.
Q) I'm a Site Owner. I need to order in bulk, the Business/Trade section says call back later in the year, can you tell me exactly when? A) Sorry we have no set date. Please feel free to email your enquiry to us.
Q) You do not have the sizes I am looking for. A) We do our utmost to have a wide/varied range of styles/sizes/patterns. Please feel free to email & suggest we include your sizes in the future.

Q) Do you sell Curtain Track/Rails? A) If we have any in stock they will be found on the Accessories page.
Q) Can you send me a Swatch of Fabric A) We do not have swatches of Ready Made curtains. Curtains are sent on 7 day approval,if disappointed return for a Refund (excluding postage) within 7 days. Postage for returns to be paid by customer.
Q) I need long curtains for my home, do you have any long curtains? A) We specialise in Small Curtains. We do sometimes have long curtains, for caravan doors etc. Please see our shop.
Q) Do you sell Tie Backs? A) Yes & Hold backs, found on the Accessories page in our shop. Some curtains are sold with tie backs included
Q) Do you have a Brochure/Catalogue? A) Our stock changes too fast to have a Catalogue
PAYMENT
Q) I do not have a Credit/Debit Card, how can I pay? A) Payments by Cheque or Postal Order are welcome. When placing your order you can choose your method of payment. Goods sent when cheque has cleared.
Q) I am worried about using my Credit/Debit Card online, is it safe? A) Yes. All online payments to us are made Securely through PayPal. Please visit PayPal to read about security www.paypal.com
Q) I am not a member of PayPal & do not want to join. Can I still pay? A) Yes, you do not need to join or be a member to pay. PayPal accept all major Credit/Debit/Switch/Electron cards.You will be covered by Payment Protection
RETURNS/PURCHASES
Q) My curtains have arrived, the colour/pattern is not what I expected, can I send them back? A) Yes, within 7 days only. They must be unused and exactly the same as when arrived to you. All Postage costs to be paid by customer.
Q) I've had my curtains 3 weeks & just put them up, but they are not long/wide enough, I have thrown the packaging, can I return them them for a refund? A) No refunds given after 7 days of purchase.They must be returned in same condition as they were sent, including packaging., and arrive to us within 7 days. Please be sure to measure correctly.
Q) Will you refund the P&P I paid, and the cost of returning? A) Refunds are made on the item price only. Return postage is to be paid by customer.

Q) How long does delivery take? A) Please alow 7-10 days for delivery before contacting us. After this time use this for your Order enquiry
Q) Can my order be sent to a different address than my Credit Card address? A) Orders sent to Palpal/Credit card/Bank account address only
Q) How much is P&P? A) Postage,Packaging & Handling charge is for Royal Mail Standard Mainland UK only. Costs will be on item page. Please check before ordering. Orders over £100 free P&P.
