Michaelangelo is the ultimate party turtle. He is also the most emotional of the turtles, and while he hides it with his humor, he is also the most apt to show it. He tries to make tense situations lighter by cracking a joke, or trying out one of his many impersonations.
My take -
Michaelangelo... what can you say about him? He's the "little brother" of the group, and always happy to fill that spot. Well, most of the time, at least. Sometimes I think he'd like to be taken more seriously. After a lifetime of growing up being the "class clown" and funny one, I believe he sometimes thinks that the others don't take him seriously. Or even worse, talk down to him. Because he says "dude" and "cool", (both words that I use alot in daily conversation, and I'm not stupid.I'm no Donnie, but I enjoy science and learning stuff... *ahem* anyway...) people might think him less than brilliant. That's not true. He is very smart, but his attention just seems to drift from time to time.
He is the most sensitive of the turtles... Or maybe it's just because he allows the others to see it more. He's not afraid to let people know how he feels. He has a knack for getting the others back into a good mood. He posses an innocence (though, I believe that innocence is less than he lets on) and a sense of wonder that the others sometimes wish they all still possessed. He's quick witted, and fast to do an impression. He likes keeping the peace within his family, and will try to end fights with his humor. While Raph may grumble that he can be annoying, Mike has an effect on people, that you just can't stay mad at him...
