There are two companies in The JDS Group that specialises in electrical installations. The first and longest established specialises in, street lighting, overhead power lines and major electrical installations. The second specialises in industrial and commercial lighting as well as residential installations including generator installations.

Both companies have undertaken major state and government projects. Clients include, Municipalities, Public Works, Coega Industrial Development Zone and projects for various consulting engineering firms. Both companies meet the stringent requirements of The Construction Industry Development Board to operate in the field of Electrical Engineering.
