| An event of this calibre needs many volunteers to make it the success that it has consistently been. Volunteers are needed in all areas of planning - before, during and after the Gala. Registration and Greeters Check in guests and provide them with handouts. Help Direct Guests to Registration and Silent Auction areas. Silent Auction Assistants Monitor an area to answer any questions, make sure items are not taken. If a guarantee bid is entered, close the bidding on that item. Close out all items in area at end of silent auction. Table Directors Help guests get to their tables for Dinner. Fund-A-Cure and Live Auction Spotters Monitor area for anyone bidding on an item during Live Auction and Fund-A-Cure and make sure the Auctioneer sees the guest. Check-Out Item Pick-up/Retrievers Help guests retrieve the items that they won. If you'd like to be added to our list of volunteers, please contact Mike Block or Robin Berger.
