The New Zealand University Games (or unofficially known as Easter Tourney) was held in Dunedin April 2001.
Not being one to let an opportunity to have a blast I entered in the Ultimate Frisbee competition. Due to the keeness of Otago frisbee players and my total casualness with this sport I ended up playing for Linkin' A team from Lincoln University near Christchurch.
These guys and girls were mainly from Canada and the USA but we had a blast. We got second last (Otago got second) but probably out of all the teams we had the most fun. |
