| Warranty
The model 206 or 212 Charger, when properly installed and operated according to the instructions given in this manual, is guaranteed for a period of 90 days, from date of purchase, to be free of defects in workmanship and material. Under the guarantee, the manufacturer will replace free of charge, F.O.B. factory, any parts which their inspection shall determine to have been defective. The Manufacturer will not be bound by any guarantee or warranty made by any other person or organization - the conditions of which exceed those outlined above. This guarantee will not apply to any unit which has been repaired or altered outside our factory. Since we cannot control the manner in which repair parts are installed, we do not guarantee repair parts. |
If after thoroughly checking your installation, according to the instructions in this manual, you feel that your Model 206 or 212 Charger is defective, please use the following procedure.
A) Write your dealer or distributor a letter stating:
1) Serial number of generator.
2) From whom purchased and when.
3) When installed.
4) How high charger is above the ground.
5) How high charger is above buildings, trees or other obstructions which are closer than 300 feet and which may act as a wind break.
6) How far charger is from any obstructions which might act as windbreaks.
7) State briefly how machine performs.
8) What you have done to machine in trying to correct the trouble.
9) How far charger is from battery and what size wire did you use.
10) Give any other information which may help us to determine the cause of trouble.
B) If we are unable to advise you by mail how to correct your trouble, we will instruct you how to ship the part or parts to the factory.
C) All parts on which defects are claimed must be shipped prepaid.
D) If a defect is claimed on an armature, or other part of the generator, the complete generator must be shipped to us before any adjustment will be granted.
