I ABNER WISDOM of the county of Caswell and state of North Carolina do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say

Item 1th It is my will and desire that my Executor here in after named shall sell all of my property both personal and real and divide it as follows

Item 2 I give to my son WILLIAM WISDOM Twenty Dollars (G-Grand- father of A.R. James)

Item 3 I give to JAMES WISDOM my Grandson, son of my son WILLIAM WISDOMthe choice of my horses or the value of horse

Item 4th It is my will that the ballance of my property or money be equally divided between all of my children here in after named, NANCY WARREN, SALLY ROBERTS, POLLY WARREN, CALY VEZLEY, TAVENER WISDOM, WILLIAM WISDOM, children to have one sharewith the rest of my children, BURD WISDOM who is Dead It is my will that his children shall have one Share as if he was Living and JESSEY WISDOM who is now dead. It is my Will that his children shall draw one Share as if he was living

Item 5th I do here by appoint JAMES CURRIE my Executor to this my Last Will and Testament This 31st of January 1854
