S. in 1861 who had been in the U. S. for 39 years, was employed the entire year, could read, write & speak English, rented her home. She had the following boarders: Daisy Ragland, Lizzie Dollman, Frank W. Murdock, & Carmen Collins. {Per Anna Marie Vaughan, as told in stories by her mother who was Henrietta Becker Vaughan, her father's mother had a rooming house}.

1893: Henrietta was not listed in the 1893 St. Louis City Directory as Becker, Koerner, Reichmann, Rolf, or Schultze. (Could either of those names been misspelled or did she use another name?)

1891: Julia Becker, wid John, r. 1108 N. 6 in St. Louis, MO. (Could this be Henrietta's second name or is this a child of Henrietta? I'm going for another name for Henrietta until I find otherwise.)

1890-91: Henrietta Becker, wid George, residence 2548 Palm, St. Louis, Mo. Also living at 2548 Palm was a George, Jr,; driver.

1889: Henrietta Becker, wid John, r. 2548 Palm, St. Louis, MO. John Ralph was also living at 2548 Palm, St. Louis, MO.(page 1025). Frederick Becker was living at 910 Palm.

1888: Henrietta was not listed in the 1888 St. Louis City Directory as Becker, Koerner, Reichmann, Rolf, or Schultze.

27 April 1880: Christian Reichman petitioned for a divorce from his wife, Henrietta; married 9 May 1874, but she had other husbands. She married Ferdinand Schultz 30 Jun 1864 and John Baker, alias Becker on 20 Jul 1865; she left a husband in Germany. She admits that she married Martin Henry Rolf in Germany and came with him to this country in 1861; he died 'in service of this country' in 1862; she admits marriage to Achuktz, who was arrested but fled; claims to have divorced Becker. The 1880 census soundex for St. Louis, MO did not have a Christian Reichmann with a wife named Henrietta and a 4 year old child.

5 Feb 1880: Christian Riechmann vs Henrietta; married 9 May 1874. On 30 Jun 1864 she married Fred Shulz; on 20 July 1865, she married John Baker, alias Becker; had come from Germany, where she left a husband. Has a 4 year old child.

11 Oct 1879: In the Circuit Court October Term 1879 Henrietta Riechmann vs Christian Riechmann And now comes the defendant and for an answer to plaintiffs petition and the matters alleged therein, admits the fact that he was married to plaintiff as set forth therein; but denies each and every other allegation contained in said petition. Defendant therefore asks judgment for his costs incurred in this behalf. John F. Oct 1879: Christian Riechmann filed a petition with the courts of St. Louis, MO stating that he was married to Heniretta but denies other allegations; claims she told him that she was divorced from her previous husbands; he was not acquainted with her former husbands; claims Henrietta paid Schultz $30 to leave her alone; claims that Henrietta divorced Baker, alias Becker; claims that he and Henrietta were harmoniously living together as man and wife when she filed for this divorce with all grievances being settled; Christian prays for dismissal from the courts of this case.

Oct 1879: Henrietta Riechmann filed for a divorce against Christian Riechmann because he verbally & physically abused her in presence of their children, destroyed their property, did not keep up his part of the maintenance of their dairy farm, requested the courts to grant her custody of their children & their dairy farm which she needed to support herself and their children.

1874: Henrietta Koerner married Christian Reichman on 9 May 1874 in St. Louis, MO. Book 16 Page 295.

1873: George Becker, r. 2249 Columbus in St. Louis, MO.

1873: Henrietta ????, born in Germany was listed as the mother of George John Becker who died in 1921.

1865: Henriette Rolf was married to John Baker (Becker ?) on 20 Jul. 1865 in St. Louis, MO by John Niermeyer, Justice of Peace. The recorder, Julius Conrad, recorded the marriage in book 12 page 268 of the St. Louis City Marriage records.

1864: Henriethe Koerner married Ferdinand Schulze on 30 Jun 1864 in St. Louis, MO. Book 11 page 377.

1861: Henrietta married Martin Henry Rolf in Germany and came with him to this country in 1861; he died 'in service of this country' in 1862.
