Standing Groin Stretch
Spread your feet two shoulder widths apart, flatten your back, straighten your legs, and hang straight down.  If you are flexible enough, grad your ankles and pull yourself farther down, or reach through your legs, place your palms flat on the floor behind you, and pull down.  Hold for a count of ten and release.  Then reach with one hand to the opposite ankle, again with a flat back and straight legs.  Hold for ten and switch to the other side.  Continue to alternate from the middle to each side and back to the middle to two sets.

Variation: Windmills:  Keeping your feet spread, reach to one side with the opposite hand, then to the other.  Do this fast twenty times.
