An embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, with pleomorphic areas, was found, immunohistochemistry studies were positive for HHf35 actin, desmin, and vimentin, and were negative for epithelial markers, such as Keratin, and S100, confirming the myogenic histogenesis of the tumor.
