Cytopathology FNA left eye, with a choroidal melanoma: the smears show presence of many large pigmented malignant cells, most of them isolated, mostly round or oval, practically no fusiform cells are seen. This cellular pattern makes the prognosis worse (the fusiform cell pattern has a better prognosis)
