The main entrance to the palace - it's the North Gate of Seoul also. When you are there in person, the Mountains are enormous and the large size of the structures and the heavy traffic are overwhelming.
The entrance fee is only around three Canadian dollars. The Koreans believe all Korean people and foreigners should be able to see these types of historical and educational sites easily and without paying big fees. |

This is interesting. It's a famous monument outside the Palace complex in Northern Downtown Seoul (Kyongbokkung). |
